We had a great experience working with Yevgeny. Before finding him, we had a couple of other companies come out to look at our water filtration system because we had almost no water coming through. They spent very little time diagnosing the issue and immediately told us we needed to replace the entire system without really investigating the problem. Yevgeny was completely different. It was obvious from the start that he really understands water filtration systems. He took the time to properly diagnose the issue, knew exactly what needed to be done, and was able to repair the system instead of replacing it. He even relocated the filtration system closer to the sink, which was a difficult job but will make replacing the filters much easier in the future. Throughout the entire process, he explained what he was doing, why he was doing it, and answered all of our questions. He also tested the water before and after the repair, and the improvement in the water quality measurements was significant. It was great to actually see the results. On top of doing excellent work, Yevgeny was friendly, professional, and someone we felt we could completely trust. It’s hard to find people who are this knowledgeable and honest. We would absolutely recommend Yevgeny to anyone looking for water filtration services and will definitely call him again in the future.

I’ve had my drinking water system for about five years now, and Yevgeny has been servicing it every year since he installed it. The biggest benefit for me is the convenience. I no longer have to buy bottled water or ask someone to bring it for me. I always have clean, great tasting drinking water available at home whenever I need it. Yevgeny is always professional, reliable, and very thorough. He replaces the filters sanitizes the system and make sure everything is working perfectly before he leaves. I’ve known Yevgeny for a long time through friends in Los Angeles, and last year I finally decided to install a reverse osmosis drinking water system in my home. I’m so happy I did. As a mom of three boys, it makes a big difference to have clean, great-tasting water at home. It’s very convenient to fill their water bottles before soccer and sports activities, and I no longer have to buy and carry so many plastic bottles. Today Yevgeny came for the first full filter replacement service. He replaced all the filters, sanitized the system, checked everything carefully, and made sure everything was working properly. Living in Sacramento, especially with the summer heat, it gives me peace of mind knowing that the system was properly serviced and disinfected. I’ve known Yevgeny for at least seven years, and it has truly been a pleasure working with him. He has been maintaining our drinking water system every year, always reminding us when it’s time to change the filters so we never have to worry about it. My wife Nora and I are elderly, and carrying heavy water bottles used to be a real struggle. We had to ask family members to help us all the time. We first met Yevgeny through a neighbor who was having a drinking water system installed. After talking with him, he went to the warehouse that same day, brought us a system, and installed it the very next morning. Yevgeny did an outstanding job installing my Waterdrop X12 RO system. The entire installation was smooth, professional, and very clean. He drilled the hole in my quartz countertop perfectly and completed the installation quickly. It took only about 1.5 hours from start to finish. He explained how the system works in detail and patiently waited until the initial filter flushing and drainage process was complete before testing the system and confirming everything was working properly. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend Yevgeny to anyone looking for a professional RO system installation
